The beauty of therapy is that over time wounds can heal and inner strength can blossom. As previously stuck patterns start to unravel, you begin to weave healthier patterns into your life, enabling you to become more resilient, free and joy-filled.

Holistic and Mind-Body Approaches
Along with talk therapy, I incorporate holistic and body-oriented methods based on individual needs and preferences. I've seen people transform more quickly, deeply, and with longer lasting results by combining talk therapy with mind-body approaches.
Here are some of the multi-faceted approaches I offer:
- Mindfulness – focuses on the present to calm your mind, and become more attuned to your mind-body-spirit connection
- Stress Reduction and Relaxation Skills – gives you tools and techniques to relax and rejuvenate, enhance sleep
- Guided Imagery – uses the power of the mind to gain clarity, change habits, and access insight and intuition
- Movement Therapy – engages your body to increase energy, release tension, experience and express feelings
- SE (Somatic Experiencing) – supports the ability to relax and settle your nervous system, attune to the one’s body, regulate emotions and heal trauma
- EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) – addresses the impact of trauma/PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and stressful experiences
