About Cindy
EMPOWERING, COMPASSIONATE, INSPIRING
I offer a humanistic, holistic and multi-dimensional approach — eliciting your strengths, and empowering you to become who you want to be, and beyond. I do not believe you are broken and need to be fixed; I believe you are naturally resourceful and whole, striving toward greater mental-emotional-physical-spiritual health. With support, you can step forward with more ease and grace — a lighter, more joyful and more confident step.
PHILOSOPHY
Below are some beliefs and values that inform the way I work:
Utilizing a strength-based approach helps to clarify, and build upon, your personal strengths and competencies.
Working collaboratively creates a supportive environment in which to identify and address your goals and desires.
Incorporating holistic approaches allows access to your whole person ~ body, mind, heart and spirit ~ to build skills and resilience for lasting change.
Beginning our session with a brief ‘settling’ enables you to relax, quiet your mind, and create focus for our session. I often record this so you can listen on your own time.
Utilizing a multi-dimensional approach helps you access your intuition, inner guidance and innate wisdom.
Embracing self-care is an essential building block to living a balanced, healthy and vibrant life.
Finding your life's purpose is affirming and has a positive rippling effect in all areas of your life.
Therapy uplifts lives. The process can go deep, and stay light. I help you become more of who you want to be and go beyond what you can imagine.
You are
warm
and
approachable.
